The baby is Saul's seeing as a few weeks after they did it she was having morning sickness. You know puking and feeling a bit queasy. Not to even mention the slight moods wings I noticed, and fear that seemed a smidge unnatural for our girl Lizzy.

My theory is, because Saul is such a badass, he could simply set eyes upon a woman and get her pregnant. As soon as I heard his voice, I swear I started getting Braxton Hicks symptoms

Darn. There goes the brief thought of a hybrid zombie-human baby like Elisa mentioned. I guess there's always hope until the little peanut makes an appearance, though!
