If Saul goes to Dunbar Lizzy will too then Tonya will have to go to be her doctor. CJ would be crazy to let their only doctor go. If Tonya find out that CJ kicked her son out it will get ugly.

CJ will have to keep Tonya so Lizzy will be in a tough spot.
