It's all bubbly and filled with some gas they use to pump it up into a big dome to work inside. I'm not normally that fat. :o

Looked pretty normal to me as well. Not that I've had the procedure done a whole bunch... but I figure... if they're going to make holes in me, they're probably going to cover them up with some tape or something.
